Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. Adult-category content is only for viewers 18+ and sits behind a passcode. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

Keep your password and profile passcodes private. You are responsible for activity on your account, including profiles you create for others. Sessions stay signed in for up to 30 days; use "Sign out of all devices" in Settings if you think someone else has access.

LiteTV is free to watch with ads. Premium ($9.99/month) removes ads and unlocks extra features. Premium renews monthly until you cancel; cancelling stops the next charge and you keep Premium until the paid period ends. See our Refund Policy.

• No copying, re-uploading, recording or reselling LiteTV content.
• No bots, scraping, account sharing for profit, or bypassing ads, passcodes or locked categories.
• No hateful, illegal, or harassing comments.
• No payment fraud, stolen cards, or chargeback abuse.

Titles are uploaded by LiteTV staff and approved before publishing. Downloads are for personal offline viewing inside LiteTV only and are limited in number. If you believe something infringes your rights, see our Copyright & Takedown Policy.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. When you delete your account it is locked straight away and your data is kept for 90 days so fraud, abuse or legal claims can be investigated, then it is permanently erased. During that time the account cannot be used. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for your own actions on LiteTV, including fraud, misuse of payment methods and content you post. You agree to cover LiteTV's losses and legal costs caused by your breach of these terms or the law.

LiteTV is provided "as is" without warranties. Streams can be interrupted by your connection or maintenance. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $10 if you use the free plan). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
